Kerry is a Partner and Solicitor with over 20 years legal experience, admitted as a Solicitor in October 2004 and a Full accredited member of the Society of Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Kerry heads up the Private Client Team specialising in Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and advising and assisting with the Administration of Estates.
Having obtained an Honours Degree in Law (LLB) , Kerry successfully completed a Master of Law Degree (LLM) in International Human Rights Law before completing the Solicitors Final Examination at Guildford College of Law.
Kerry began her career working as an in-house legal adviser for a major insurance company and then at a national firm specialising in defendant personal injury claims. She subsequently worked as Head of Litigation for 11 years with a high street practice undertaking claimant personal injury and general civil litigation, before embarking on the challenge of a Partner in a successful start-up practice in rural Suffolk, heading up one of its four branch offices for 5 years with a mixed caseload of Litigation & Private client work.
Her extensive background and wealth of experience in litigation and dispute resolution proves an invaluable advantage for our clients when dealing with complex or contentious issues arising in her private client work.
Kerry has a reputation for her sensitive, patient and considerate approach when assisting our elderly, vulnerable and bereaved clients and places delivering peace of mind at the heart of everything we do!
Loretta is a Partner and Solicitor with a wealth of experience heading up our Property Team. Loretta specialises in residential and agricultural property matters dealing with a broad spectrum of clients ranging from first time buyers to developers looking to invest in the housing market.
Loretta focuses on high net worth clients, complex property transactions and working closely with the Private Client department where property ownership and transfers are required as part of the Administration of Estates.
Having obtained her Honours degree in Law (LLB ), Loretta followed her keen interest in property- initially embarking on a career as an Estate Agent, which provided her with invaluable insight and experience of the property market- before completing her professional qualifications as a Solicitor to specialise in Property law.
Loretta subsequently built on her experience and technical legal know-how forging her 20 year legal career as a Partner & Head of Conveyancing for several regional firms -valued for her keen eye for detail, enviable technical legal skill, astute problem solving skills and practical advice.
Loretta is proud of the firm's Conveyancing Quality Standard (CQS) accreditation which she is instrumental in maintaining to deliver reassurance to our clients of the high-quality service we offer.

Ellie is an Associate Solicitor specialising in a variety of private client work including Estate Administration, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Having obtained an Honours degree in law (LLB), Ellie qualified as a solicitor in February 2020.
Ellie works closely with Partner and Head of Department Kerry Wigg to deliver personalised advice and assistance to our clients and thoughtfully collaborates with other professionals to provide a holistic service to our clients to deliver complete peace of mind.

Emma is an Associate Solicitor in our Property department.
Emma obtained an LLB Joint Honours Law and Psychology Degree and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

Izabella is a Trainee Solicitor who joined Lloyds Cooper in 2022.
She obtained a first-class honours degree in Law and is now completing her Master’s qualification at the University of Law.

Karoline has worked within legal practice for more than 30 years.
Karoline joined Lloyds Cooper in 2017 as a Completions Clerk and has a vast amount of experience and knowledge in dealing with the Land Registry.

Jill has been employed at Lloyds Cooper for 45 years.
Jill works as a legal assistant in the Private client department and brings to the role a wealth of knowledge, experience and know-how.

Clare has been employed at Lloyds Cooper for 30 years.
Clare worked for some years in the conveyancing department, but in recent years has specialised as a legal assistant in the Private Client department competently offering our clients a wealth of knowledge and experience as a legal support in various fields of law, with a keen eye for detail.
As well as providing excellent secretarial support to the solicitors in the private client team, Clare is valued for her quietly confident diligence and strong organisation and administrative skills which contributes to the efficiency of the Private Client Team.
Kay joined our firm in September 1982 as a full-time Secretary with various short-hand, typing and office qualifications. Over the years, Kay worked as a secretary in a variety of departments gaining a wide experience in different legal disciplines.
Kay enjoys speaking with and meeting our clients, many of whom have a long standing relationship with the firm.
