Job Title: Conveyancing Solicitors or Licensed Conveyancers

Location: Leominster 

Hours: Flexible - Full & Part Time considered

Salary : Competitive - dependant on PQE and skills

 

We have exciting opportunities for  experienced and client-focussed Property Solicitors or licensed conveyancers  to join our successful  Property Team.


Our Property team give legal advice on a wide range of non-contentious, residential property matters including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and voluntary first registrations.

 

You will be a team player, who enjoys sharing work and knowledge to deliver high standards of service and bespoke advice to our clients. Delivering Peace of Mind is at the heart of everything we do.


All  levels of  PQE considered,  but you should be experienced and able to hit the ground running to:

  • Advise on a range of issues in respect of Property transactional work.
  • Deliver peace of mind to our clients with the highest levels of client service
  • Make a positive contribution to the Property team working collaboratively to share knowledge and skills
  • Ambitiously develop opportunities for referral of work across our firm (both internally and externally) and participate in business development opportunities


You will be fully supported by experienced secretarial and para legal support. We operate our files electronically and some working remotely is possible.

Job Title: Private Client Solicitors

Location: Leominster 

Hours: Flexible - Full & Part Time considered

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Associates to join our  team offering a broad and varied workload including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates & Trusts.

We will consider all experienced candidates but ideally you will be 2-5 years PQE capable of high grade, profitable fee earning, with an eye for detail and client focus.


Technical ability & excellent drafting skills are important and you must be willing to work collaboratively & share knowledge within a small team of friendly professionals. 


We place delivering peace of mind at the heart of everything we do and good skills in managing client relationships is key but you will also be ambitious to contribute to business development opportunities.


You will be fully supported by experienced secretarial and para legal support. We operate our files electronically and some working remotely is possible.
